We invite the press and relevant members of online and print media to apply for accreditation to attend our 2021 events.
This media accreditation application form must be completed by any member of the press wishing to attend this year's NAF Five Star Hartpury Festival of Dressage, NAF Five Star Hartpury Showjumping Spectacular or NAF Five Star International Hartpury Horse Trials.
Only photographers who have a commission from a bona fide publication (print and/or digital) will be considered for accreditation. The publication, commissioning editor, email address and phone number must be included on the accreditation application form and they may be contacted by the Hartpury Press Officer. If you fall outside of this remit, you must request permission from the Hartpury Press Officer and Hartpury Equine Director.
All photographers must carry full Public Liability and Third Party Liability insurance and by accepting these conditions indemnify the owners and managers of the Hartpury Estate against all costs claims and other expenses that they may incur from any third party. Evidence of this insurance may be requested during the event.
Photography groups and amateur photographers may apply separately for non-press accreditation. If you are wishing to apply for non-press accreditation, please do NOT complete this form and email email@example.com with details of your requirements.
